For purchases in stores or other retailers, it is essential to contact the store where the purchase was made.

Please note that the confirmation e-mail constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of the order.

Registration is simple and free and registered users can save their favorite products in the Wish List and access all information relating to their orders and returns.

BUY ONLINE - WHAT IS THE PROMOTIONAL CODE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The promotional code is a discount coupon that is provided to you for special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via a special newsletter.

If you have a promo code, all you have to do is enter the code in the field found on the order conclusion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

We invite you to check that the discount has been applied before completing the purchase.

We also remind you that promotions and discounts in some cases cannot be combined or are not valid for some categories of products or can be subject to expiration.

PURCHASE ONLINE - WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE COMPLETE?

After entering the data necessary for payment, you will be directed to the purchase confirmation page, containing the number and date of the order.

A thank you message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed correctly. Finally, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of the order you have sent and confirmation that it has been correctly received.

If within 24 hours you have not received any communication, please write to our Customer Care.
