Introduction

Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022 has transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Guidelines on service accessibility, implementing Art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2022, version 1.0 of 04.03.26.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series no. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into force on 16 July 2022, but its provisions will be effective from 28 June 2025.

Compliance status with requirements

The website https://lorenaantoniazzi.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the non-compliance cases and/or exceptions listed below. Lorena Antoniazzi, together with its suppliers, is conducting an analysis to implement the necessary changes to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.

Inaccessible content

The following content is not accessible because it is not compatible with the underlying harmonised standard EN 301 549:

  • There are links without link text on all pages. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • The contrast between text and background is too low on almost all pages. | WCAG: 1.4.3
  • An 'iframe' element without a caption is present on one page. Navigation with screen readers to the iframe is difficult. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • The language stored in the HTML does not match the page language on individual pages. | WCAG: 3.1.1
  • Form fields without labels are present on several pages. It is difficult to navigate to form fields with screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • There are buttons without labels on all pages. It is difficult to navigate to buttons with screen readers. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • There are invalid aria attribute values on almost all pages. These are not recognised by screen readers and therefore not displayed correctly. | WCAG: 4.1.2
  • There are particularly important areas marked with the 'region' role but without any labelling on individual pages. This means screen reader users cannot recognise the purpose and content of the area. | WCAG: 1.3.1
Code evolutions implemented and planned for the future have been and will be developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The declaration was drawn up on 23/06/2026. It was made using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment carried out directly by the supplier. The declaration was created with the help of Eye-Able technology from Web Inclusion GmbH. Further information on Web Inclusion GmbH is available at https://eye-able.com/.
The declaration was last verified on 23/06/2026.

Lorena Antoniazzi is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to make the websites in question accessible and compliant with regulations. Lorena Antoniazzi, with the aim of progressively improving its web customers' experience, has also proactively implemented Web Inclusion GmbH's Eye-Able SaaS software.

The functionality in question allows for audits to scan individual pages of the site to identify digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and proposes alternative code to correct it, as well as other tools that allow website users to use important functions that can improve their navigation. The company is committed to developing past and future code evolutions in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
